If over 2 billion algorand:native are actively helping secure the network, and Algorand has some of the best finest TECH,

why is the price still so low? Why aren’t we back at $3?

Well, here are a few reasons I think ALGO is still trading where it is.

Firstly, Crypto prices are driven by demand, not just technology.

A chain can be fast, secure, and well-built, but if fewer people are buying the token, the price can stay low.

Second, Market attention matters.

A lot of capital in crypto rotates toward whatever is currently trending (memecoins, AI, gaming, new narratives or the newest Layer 1). Strong fundamentals don’t always get the spotlight they deserve sadly.

Third, competition is fierce.

Algorand isn’t competing on technology alone. It’s competing for developers, users, liquidity, applications, partnerships, and attention. Investors look at the entire ecosystem, not just transaction speed or low fees.

And finally, crypto is emotional.

Great projects can stay undervalued for months or even years, while the market chases the next big narrative.

To me, staking over 2 billion ALGO is a sign that the network has a strong foundation. But foundations alone don’t determine price.

Price reflects demand.

The real question isn’t whether @AlgoFoundation has good technology. I think that’s already been proven countless times .

The real question is: Can the ecosystem generate enough demand for the market to value it accordingly?
