@TheHurricaneBen I don’t see any intention here. Just an awkward situation given where Vargas fielded the ball and the path he took back to the bag. They were running directly at each other in an unintentional game of chicken. Unfortunate for both of them.
@onlydareal29201@JomboyMedia 92 mph and tailing in doesn’t give anyone enough time to decide. Also, check swings happen all the time, which means late no swing decisions happen all the time.
@draloneboy This isn’t true. Perception of vaccines appears to be changing, but they are still available. In fact the Federal government still makes them available at no cost for people who lack insurance.
@fjzeit@markgadala Broaden your perspective. You likely typed your post on a device with a camera, microphone, and internet connection. The real takeaway is the ability to hack IoT devices wherever they exist and the increasing simplicity of doing so with the help of AI.
@Jigsaw_Trading@elonmusk Agreed. This also applies to other finite resources like real estate. It seems UBI will result in at least a two class economic system where most people live off the UBI (which offers a standard living arrangement) and the elites will live/operate above it.
@scotchmcclure@elonmusk I agree. Wealth is the wrong word in this context because when everyone is wealthy, no one is wealthy. Maybe the term should be something like ‘resource rich’.
@elonmusk The biggest problem I see with this perspective/belief is that it only talks about the end state. There’s no discussion about the transition period to get there. What does it look like? Chaos? Highly managed/regulated? If we can’t figure that out, the end state doesn’t matter.
@CoachSwit My read is that National usually indicates that the team is the top team in their program (for programs with multiple teams). Sometimes they have players from all over the country, sometimes not.
@Seth_3773 My son plays 16U and we see a wide variety of strike zones. The boys know it when it’s too big or too small (yes, this happens too). As long as both teams are seeing the same zone then the best you can do is to try to get them to adjust.
@RealMattyBo I partially agree with you. Lots of travel programs are like this. But some do spend time to teach the boys the game. My son’s does. Field access plays a role too. Teams that travel all summer often lack access to practice fields, and learning the game takes reps.

Good mix between to FB and BB. Keeps hitters guessing. Arm side run on FB makes it tough on RHH.
