@AirbnbHelp This is just the point! My account has been compromised and has somebody else's email on it - so i can't tell you because I don't know. I can tell you what AirBNB tells me, when I try to login, but it is not the full email address.

@Airbnb 1/2 My account has been taken over - the email address is not mine and I can't login because the login code goes to the compromised email. You don't have a procedure to fix this. To call support, i need to login, so i had to create another account. Which i did

@Airbnb 2/2 Your support cannot authenticate me against the old account because I clearly cannot provide you the compromised email address! Phone number, DOB, the last 4-digits of my card, are evidently not enough. Now YOU have a compromised account with MY card info, and NO FIX.
