Recently purchased two OXO Brew 9-cup coffee makers at the recommendation of a friend. One of them was missing parts. I contacted customer support @OXO and the response was, "You didn't buy it direct from us so it's not our problem". #disappointing (manual says contact Cust Svc)

@ifiaudio Trying to upgrade my audio on PC for gaming and music. Trying to determine if I'd be better off with ZEN CAN or ZEN DAC V2. Primary headphones are Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro but I also have some Noble IEM's and looking at a pair of Alclair IEM's.
@Jet_1818@FourVerts The point is that SB was fully vaccinated, and still got it. Likely spreading it to others because most people think that if they have the vaccine, they couldn't possibly spread it.
Front-desk wouldn't use credit card on file with HHonors membership. Ended up putting multiple (6) credit/pending charges on debit card instead of using HHonors card attached to my profile. Very poor customer service. No water given as typical with Gold Members. @HiltonHonors
@HiltonHHonors Terrible experience with a reservation and check-in. Five pending charges and wrong information provided by front desk manager repeatedly. Gold member for years and this is a first..
