@Hilton At 11am I called the front desk to tell them we would check at noon. I have many back and forth exchanges about late check out and kept being told we had to be out at 10am. I finally told the person physically the soonest we could be out was by noon and they hung up the phone.

Hey @Hilton we had a very disappointing experience in Myrtle Beach on Monday night at HGV Ocean Enclave. Still don’t see my points put back into my account for a room that didnt exist 😡 extremely frustrated!

@Hilton We were traveling with our 6 yo granddaughter, one of the reasons I booked the Enclave was because it had a restaurant. The ocean 22 does not have a restaurant. We didn’t check in until after 7:00 PM. I requested a late check out. At 10:00 the next morning housekeeping started

@Hilton I then asked her to cancel the reservation and she (Sasha Kay) told me I should do it . The attendant then found a room at the Ocean 22 and offered to make a reservation. I then realized I couldn’t cancel the reservation on the App and had to wait another 15 minutes for Sasha

@Hilton We had spent 8 hours at the airport, booked a car and a room at the Enclave. When we went to check in the attendant was very nice. Then the manager came over and told us that room wasn’t available and there is a communication issue between HGV and Hilton for that property 🤔

Our flight was canceled at 5PM due to the issues at EWR. We had spent 3 nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites, didn’t love the stay so booked a different property after the flight cancelled.

I typically purchase tickets for my family to travel is this going to continue to be an issue?
