Dear female athletes:
Your hamstrings are not tight.
They are WEAK.
When sport load is higher than tissue tolerance that equals injury or chronic soreness/tightness feeling.
Build your hamstring STRENGTH to handle the demands of your sport so you are more resilient to high loads from sprinting, cutting, and jumping.
You'd be shocked how many girls have come to me on day one who COULD NOT TOUCH THEIR TOES.
What did we do to solve this? NOT STRETCHING!!!🤣🤣🤣
We DEAD LIFTED. 🏋️♀️
We built the hamstrings to become bulletproof.
A few months later?
They all touched their toes with ease.
YOUR HAMSTRINGS ARE WEAK. Not tight.
BUILD STRENGTH.
