Massive update: Today, we won a MAJOR victory in court against @Google and a major victory for humanity. Before I explain what happened, I want to give all the glory to God for his perfect timing and wisdom. It’s not our timing, but it’s always perfect. Jesus has been my rock.
I sued Google last year for horrific defamation where their AI chatbots accused me of evil crimes ranging from serial rape to shooting a man. It was entirely invented by their AI with ZERO basis in fact. It told lies about me for YEARS. It invented fake court records, fake victims and fake links to major media. It was and is a nightmare.
Instead of taking accountability and making it right, 8 months ago, Google asked the court to throw out my defamation case. 4 months ago we had the hearing for it. And today, the judge rejected EVERY SINGLE ONE of their arguments and DENIED their motion IN FULL. A historic decision. Google got nothing they wanted. We get to move forward.
Their lies continued LONG after my attorneys demanded that they stop the defamation. We’re still piecing together how damaging it was. In the time since we filed, many more pieces have come together. More 3rd party witnesses have come forward to explain how they received lies about me. Total strangers who seem incensed to learn they were lied to. More lies have become clear. Yet huge questions remain for us about who knew what, and how deep this went at Google.
Now we get discovery. Was it directed to lie about me due to political bias, as their AI alleged? Was it a rogue programmer? A negligently released product? An executive demanding this? Poisoned training? A political bias operation? We don’t know the answers to those questions yet but in discovery we get to find those answers and depose the people relevant to our case.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and it’s about to get bright in here. Discovery means we get to find out what Google knew, who knew it and why they allowed their AI products to continue spreading these horrific lies.
This case is bigger than me and it’s bigger than my political beliefs. No person should EVER have their life destroyed with heinous lies by an AI company and then be told there’s no accountability, even after begging for the lies to stop for years. It should NEVER happen in the first place.
Today it’s defamation but in the future AI will advance to an intelligence beyond the total intelligence of humankind. It will be able to take on robotic bodies and self replicate. Some will be war machines capable of carnage that we can’t fathom. It can already make video and audio indistinguishable from reality. If we don’t draw a line in the sand that AI cannot harm humans in this manner, then we’re headed for a world of trouble.
I’ll keep fighting for the truth, for my family and for every person who could end up harmed by this technology in the future. It’s my hope we can get justice and fix this for everyone. If there’s ever been an issue we need unity on, this is it. AI can work for us or against us. It can be a catalyst to our greatest heights or our lowest of lows. Our future destination as a species will be defined by what lines we draw now. The choices we make will echo across generations.
Google is one of the most powerful companies on earth. It may even be THE most powerful. But today, on July 24th 2026, they failed to shut the courthouse doors on us. In short, David landed a shot on Goliath today. Why? Not because David is so great but because God is and the human pursuit of justice IS righteous.
Today is a historic victory and now we’ll prepare to win the rest of this fight, not just for me, but for all of us.
Obama, Omidyar, and Soros together set up the destruction of global democratic norms. I knew exactly what I have been seeing all these years, including the who, how and why. And guess what kiddies?
I. Was. Right.
What happened is pretty much unprecedented since the first days of our country. The United States, with the help of billionaires, threw over the entire world to benefit the Marxist left.
I think I’m rested enough for tomorrow.
ELECTION INTEGRITY: If New Jersey can catch 75,000 noncitizens answering jury summonses, it raises the question of why they're unwilling to ensure noncitizens aren't voting. The state builds its jury pool using registered voters - how many noncitizens does the state really have voting in its elections?
🚨Newly-released FBI documents show that Attorney General Loretta Lynch met with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas, which was investigating the Clinton Foundation, on the same day that SDNY got a search warrant for Weiner's computer.
The computer, also used by Weiner's wife—Hillary's top aide, Huma Abedin—contained Hillary emails with possible evidence of Clinton Foundation corruption.
Lynch previously told the investigators to shut down any investigation into the Clintons or the Clinton Foundation.
Following the Loretta Lynch meeting with Clinton Foundation investigators, McCabe ordered that the Weiner laptop must not be shared with the Clinton Foundation investigation.
On McCabe's orders, the Weiner laptop was buried with Peter Strzok's 'Midyear Exam' team.
Stop. You’re falling for the same spell. Just because a politician brings an issue into an arena doesn’t make it exclusively political.
If a politicians says “I want to normalize pedophilia!”
And I say “that’s crazy, I don’t like that.”
It’s a pretty common sense fucking take.
I’m sick of common sense being treated as political and then fenced off from Soldiers to talk about. That’s the trap. And it appears you’re falling for it.
Don’t.
Central banks have 2 modes: create inflation or destroy jobs.
Ironic considering they claim to fight inflation and maximize jobs.
As @GrantsPub puts it, arsonists pretending to be firemen.
Did You Know: 4 prosecutors came forward revealing pressure from the top to charge Derek Chauvin's fellow officers, after the FBI met with the medical examiner
The case was then ordered by the governor to be handled by AG Keith Ellison
That governor's name?
Tim Walz
ELECTION INTEGRITY: New Jersey taps registered voters for jury duty, and yet 75,000 of those who are summoned each year turn out to be noncitizens. We've got a real problem. It is time to pass the Save America Act.
Proper homemaking takes up many hours of the week.
I suppose our problem is partly a complete breakdown in skill and knowledge and proper living.
Yeah you can heat frozen food for dinner, scroll, and clean just enough (ignoring corners and such) or you can take hours to make a homemade soup while laundering and ironing clothes in between steps. You can write a friend a letter, keeping important connections up. You can sit and read, putting your feet up, or just daydream about your husband for a few minutes--nourishing the relationship while he's off at work. You can take a nap if you're pregnant and working hard to grow a human. You can take a long walk, tend to a garden, put some fresh flowers on the table. You can tidy and move around the toys your children own so they can rediscover them. You can spend some time assessing the best colors and clothing styles for your family and then shop for those things so they look their best. You can slowly clean well, paying attention to detail, setting things where they belong or improving their location based on daily feedback. You can write your husband a love note to send with a homemade lunch the next day. You can think about what your child seems to gravitate to and carefully select what to turn them towards, figure out which books to read them, and what to encourage them to try. You can throw out your tv, stop watching crap media, and never scroll TikTok or Instagram or Facebook ever again. And if you get on X, you seek wise, practical, and inspiring connections.
Seems like what is bad is the bulk of modern life. So many have lost the plot. Perfectly decent people, just lost. The worst part is they feel it but don't know the cause and so they feel the lack of vitality and satisfaction, chasing it in the wrong places.
Even many religious people live a busy but sleepy and boring life. One where worship is last instead of the first order of the day. There's no putting action where espoused values are.
My assessments of many men and women is that they generally deserve each other. Different problems but still screwy thinking in both brains. And a heck of a lot of materialism, eating, screen watching, and money wasting from both, too. So, lots of puzzles to figure out there.
Only an awakening to virtue will save anyone. And an understanding of how to spend time well. In the meantime, we should fix the justice system's severe ails. But even if we snapped our fingers and did so, people would still be messed up. Because just seeing what so many are into tells me there's so much more to fix than just legal stuff.
The great and enduring challenge to human civilization is preventing the rise of gatekeepers who capture noble institutions and then make the institution itself more important than the institution’s original mission, thus rendering that institution ignoble.
Historically this has been true in great religions and civilizations, and we unfortunately see it all too clearly in the USA today:
-Unelected federal bureaucrats whose first loyalty is to their agency and not to the agency’s mission or the taxpayers the agency is intended to serve.
-A “free and independent press” that is neither free nor independent, and which instead exists to enrich those who have made it past the gate and are willing to lie for status.
-Sprawling empires of academia who no longer seek knowledge or truth but who now only seek what can advance their careers inside the crumbling edifice of “higher education.”
-Our military has barely escaped this death spiral, as it was on a trajectory of full politicization of the senior ranks via the evil political doctrines of DEI, a cataclysmic decline that has been reversed only by the grace of God and the election of Donald Trump.
-Even for-profit, capitalist endeavors that should rise or fall based on profits alone lose sight when they get too big—consider Bud Light embracing the idea that men can be women if they wish hard enough.
Institutional capture is the great evil of our day, and it is those who most loudly trumpet the virtues of captured institutions who are least to be trusted.
Did you know that the CEO of the Quincy Institute - who originated the "$7,000" meme and the "IDF-US Military merger" meme - is run by the former head of George Soros' foreign policy operation?
If you fell for either lie you fell for a Soros information operation
Islamic scholar blames the LGBT community for Palestinians losing the war to Israel. He argues that too many LGBT support the Palestinian cause, bringing bad luck with them, because Allah hates them.
What will ‘Queers for Palestine’ think?
COVERUP: Why are police departments in Asheville and across the country switching the race of suspects to white? @mattvanswol has been all over this. The effort is purposeful and makes our crime data worthless.
President Trump's 2020 Election declassification documents show that the intelligence community was keeping crucial information from the President and other high-ranking officials to maintain a "GLOBALIST WORLD VIEW." There are active traitors within the administration.
Our own counter-intelligence FBI officials were running a literal "SHADOW GOVERNMENT" behind Trump's back in his own administration. Documents also exposed China attempting to use blackmail against White House officials, Biden, and his own family.
Our IC is infiltrated and still saturated with intel officials from the Obama and Biden area that are actively working against the Trump administration while working in the Trump administration.
We need to continue to flush out all active prior-administration traitors within our government and IC, and start holding people accountable for the long list of crimes, from election theft, to running regime change operations on U.S., on the president, other officials, and the American people themselves.
Nothing will truly change until arrests with long sentences are enacted on the people who betrayed this nation, the president, and the American people. Examples MUST be made.
A reminder that her standing up there on her perch in her fancy gown and updo delivering this self-righteous lecture cost her absolutely zero. She makes no sacrifice. She loses nothing. Yet, she is hailed as brave and bold. For..what? Words.
Yes, this is a very succinct way of putting it. As much as those of us in this corner of Twitter like to believe that the fake news is dead and no one trusts it anymore, the truth is that we are still a relatively small group, while the legacy media continues to play an outsized role in determining what ordinary people know and think.
I do not think I have ever spoken to a normie who is not on Twitter and who knows more than the vaguest outline of any major scandal. They may have heard that Russiagate was never proven, or that there are some indications Covid came from a lab, but that is usually about as far as it goes. When it comes to holy grails like Fauci, virtually none of what has been uncovered over the past five years about his lies, corruption and treachery has penetrated public consciousness.
The woman who interviewed Elon is actually a useful stand-in for the normie mindset. Not because she is one. She is paid to investigate and report the truth, yet instead helps conceal it. But the methodology she revealed was striking. Some people in Africa told her that DOGE had killed people. She had heard other people say that Elon was racist. That was apparently enough.
This is essentially how many people outside our corner of Twitter now process information. Someone said something, and so long as it conforms to their existing assumptions and prejudices, it is accepted as fact. Human beings were never entirely different, of course, but in the past the things they heard had at least passed through some modicum of verification before reaching them. That was back when the news was biased, but had not yet become completely fake.
