@phantom response times to tickets are unacceptable MySUI to base Eth swap is stuck for the last two days and the response from @phantom on my ticket is slow. Only one response in two days to ask for information I already provided. Iwant to stay with phantom but this is bad

@DIGICELJamaica I sent the DM. NO RESPONSE FROM @DIGICELJamaica so far. I will be posting here on the follow up they provide or dont provide. This is the second time i have been charged for roaming and the service did not work. NEED THIS FIXED URGENTLY.

Roaming does not work for me on Digicel. The service is terrible @DIGICELJamaica does not seem to be able to provide a reliable roaming service but is happy to charge you g
