@HamiltonAnais @Scouse_Sammy Diana did the most damage to herself. Not saying Charles was a good husband, but by Diana’s own admission she was the one to cheat 1st. And while Charles may not have been mentally attached to Diana he never tried to destroy her, you can’t say the same for her.

We had great paper bags for years. Most people used them for a multitude of jobs, throwing away when they tore or were used as trash can liners. Then they decided we were killing too many trees. Here came plastic bags. For a while they worked fine, easily carried, could still line a small trash can to reuse, great for emptying the cat litter box. Then they decided they were killing fish or something and we needed thicker plastic bags, but wait, we’ll charge you for them, unless you use EBT. So many of us purchased our own bags so as not to pay, but those EBT just kept getting them free. Next came Covid, some stores wouldn’t fill your bags, germs, forcing you to purchase their plastic or doing the work yourself. Covid also birthed the delivery business, again you have to pay for the bags. Next came the change of produce bags, from a decent but thin plastic, easy to fill and use for storage, to a compostable bag. Problem with the compostable is they start breaking down the organic immediately, we get them home and have to put them in something else for storage, probably a plastic Ziploc. Then they banned the heavy plastic bags, back to paper. Problem with the new paper bags, they are primarily smaller than the ones we started with. Delivery drivers need handles in order to carry six bags at a time to your door. They don’t fit trash cans as liners. I haven’t figured out yet which trash container they belong in. Is the handle compostable? Are they recyclable? So confusing. What will they come up with next?
