This has resulted in property taxes disbursed twice from my @loandepot escrow in the month of OCT and as a result a escrow shortfall.

In Apr 2021, I was surprised to see a property tax bill for another property sent to me by my county dept of revenue. I researched the issue myself and talked with the county tax officials. they said it was a wrong parcel number entered in the tax affidavit form

@loandepot, you guys have probably the worst customer service and bunch of incompetent resources. I totally regret refinancing my loan through you guys.
While refinancing, your title company made a mistake in a tax affidavit form for WA state. they put in an incorrect parcel #.
