The recovery process involves dual verification—by the user’s trusted partner and Logion—ensuring flexibility and security in case of key loss.

⚖️ Legal Oversight:
Legal officers oversee the recovery process to prevent fraudulent access, adding a layer of trust beyond purely technical solutions. They also address inheritance-related challenges, such as key recovery in case of the user’s absence.

Proof-of-Law Framework - Logion operates under the principle of “Proof of Law,” which ensures rigorous legal backing & accountability through several mechanisms:

- Blockchain Governed by Legal Officers: a decentralized network of independent, international legal officers oversees the platform.

- Private + Encrypted IPFS Network: Logion employs a secure, legally protected, and encrypted decentralized doc storage system managed exclusively by legal officers.

- Network of Vetted Issuers: certified professionals, including lawyers, accountants, and court experts, can join Logion to record legally binding work, audits, and expert opinions as verified issuers.

- ZKP Evidentiary Record System: provides proof of record existence without disclosing the content, ensuring privacy/security.

Logion ha lanzado su función de Secreto Recuperable 🔒, ofreciendo una forma segura de almacenar y recuperar tu frase semilla a través de un proceso respaldado legalmente.

¿Qué es un Secreto Recuperable?

Un Secreto Recuperable es un par clave-valor 🔑 que puede asociarse a un LOC de Identidad (una carpeta digital 📂 que asocia datos de identidad verificados con una dirección de Polkadot). Incluso si un usuario pierde acceso a su clave, puede recuperar el secreto enviando una solicitud de recuperación, la cual es revisada por un Oficial Legal de Logion (LLO).

Características Clave:

🔹Instalar Herramientas de Logion 🛠️: Clona el repositorio y genera nuevos secretos, como tu frase semilla, que puede dividirse en dos partes para mayor seguridad.
🔹Agregar un Secreto ➕: Inicia sesión en la plataforma de Logion, navega a "Identidad" y añade tu secreto a un LOC completado.
🔹Recuperar un Secreto 🔄: En caso de pérdida, puedes solicitar la recuperación del secreto, que será revisada y aprobada por tu LLO.
🔹Reconstruir el Secreto 🔑: Después de recuperar ambas partes de tu secreto, puedes reconstruir fácilmente tu frase semilla usando las herramientas de Logion.
