My viewpoints tend to lean more right these days, with what's going on in the media. Put labels and bias aside and look at the facts...our feelings will follow.
@svjbook@ABC7 Hahhaha no doubt
The clusterfuck caused by Waymo was also in major part due to Presidio Trust who decided to fully block off the bike lanes preventing any emergency vehicles from being able to get to the broken down cars.
Absolute morons 🤦♂️
@svjbook@ABC7 I bet you’d have a change of heart if you lived through the July 4th traffic jam from hell they caused this year in the Presidio in SF.
Needless to say, behaving like this is a bit unhinged and maybe this person could use a fine and a few nights in jail 🤷♂️
@GavinNewsom We can’t all be sleazy ass politicians who steal from the average taxpayer to buy a 9 million dollar mansion in Kentfield; which has an 80% white demographic.
Isn’t the ballroom privately funded too?
Can anyone confirm?
This clown can’t get out of office soon enough.
@backpropdrop@SFist@SFMTA_Muni@Waymo Is SFMTA responsible for traffic management? If so, then yes, they absolutely added to the problem.
In terms of busses though, they wouldn’t have mattered with the traffic jam caused by Waymos.
I’m not trying to be dishonest, just messaging what I saw.
@DCISF@KarlTheFog_ lol not my point but actually… they probably do.
Hey @grok, can our government clear foggy areas and how much would it cost to clear the Golden Gate Bridge on a super foggy night?
@DanielSprarc I’d feel sooo much more secure in my elections!
We need FULL TRANSPARENCY, besides just voter ID.
We should all be able to view EVERY SINGLE BALLOT in this digital age (personal information redacted, of course) and be able to verify the count ourselves… not just trust Newscum!
@DamonStrong Watched this on mute; comments saying commands were confusing. If you’re confused about what you’re being commanded from police the last thing to do would be to reach for anything, especially something around your waste.
How about don’t rob anyone in the first place?
@kron4news The story is @Waymo fleet was in full force, hoping for a payday and good press. Presidio Trust added immovable bollards to protect bikers but didn’t care to think about what would happen at huge events with immense traffic and autonomous cars stuck both ways with no room to pass
@CAgovernor Thanks a lot, asshole!
So the ones who count it are the only ones who can verify it and if 3rd parties want to help they get felonies?
Great… no room for fraud there, right? 🙄
Who voted for this piece of shit? Oh wait… none of us did.
Hey Newscum… 🖕
@incitafusio@SFMTA_Muni@SFDPT@scsherrill Is it SFMTA? I’d blame whoever decided to fully block off the bike lanes in the Presidio. I ride bikes too and am baffled as to why they did that. Seems nice but when @Waymo started shutting down in both directions, there was no way around and no way for tow trucks to get to them
@KTVU Many, like myself, were expecting a performance better [or at least equal to] what they did for the bridge’s 75th anniversary.
The fog wouldn’t have mattered if they replicated this: https://t.co/PlDbiaAutd
@AmardeepMcFly They did know better… for the 75th bridge anniversary. Even with @KarlTheFog_ around last night, it could’ve and should’ve been epic.
No idea why they decided to skimp out for this country’s 250th.
https://t.co/PlDbiaAutd
@KarlTheFog_ Karl, you definitely didn’t help the cause but the ultimate fail is whoever decided not to outdo what was done for the 75th bridge anniversary.
I and likely many others were expecting to at least see something like this: https://t.co/PlDbiaAutd
@scsherrill Wasn’t Muni’s fault. Blame @Waymo and whoever thought it’d be a great idea to use immovable cones for the bike lanes so no one could get around all the dead Waymos. Tow trucks couldn’t even get to them.
Great job, retards 🙄
@DanielLurie We were trying to and then you guys turned the sprinklers on for everyone sitting on the grassy steps at the Outpost Playground in the Presidio.
Figured we’d wait at least an hour until traffic died down then everyone was scrambling to not get their stuff soaked. Great job 🙄
@spencerpratt I’m a mixed bag at this point.
I’ve always been pretty proud to be an American. I’ve lived here my whole life and do love this land.
It’s our government that I have about 0 pride for. They have failed us in about every way imaginable. They feed us lies and rob us blind.
@GetThere19@Beach2Ballpark@SFMTA_Muni@Waymo They were stuck all over the place in random spots. Pretty ridiculous.
And of course we have all the bikes lanes in the presidio fully blocked off by those immovable cones, preventing anyone, especially the tow trucks from getting to them.
@IntrepidNewsUS@Beach2Ballpark@SFMTA_Muni@Waymo My assumption… they ran out of juice waiting to pick people up and if they did pick anyone up, due to the tons of traffic they then tried to detour to a charge station or “safe” spot to drop their fares off. Also rerouting to avoid traffic only to cause more.
Absolute nightmare
