"Para mim, o nome não conta.
Um dia virei-me para o Neymar e disse-lhe «tu finished».
Aquilo que eu achar que é o melhor para a Seleção é assim que será feito."

very tired of them treating russian athletes like they’re war criminals because of their government when they don’t do the same to american or israeli athletes
🚨🗣|| Muhammed Salah on why he was laughing when the referee overllok their penalty:
"I told him to go back and check it because it was a clear penalty, but he just waved it off and said, "Nah, that's not a foul."
Ironically, that's the exact same type of challenge that got our second goal disallowed. The moment that happened, I knew we'd lost the game to the referee. There's nothing you can do in that situation. If the officiating had been fair, we'd have won the match."

Naughty Dog reportedly has The Last of Us Part III in development behind both Intergalactic and Uncharted 5. Run the math on that release timeline and it gets wild.
Intergalactic ships 2027 at the earliest. Uncharted 5 is reportedly targeting 2028-2029. That puts TLOU3 somewhere around 2031-2033. Thirteen years after Part II.
For any other studio, that gap kills a franchise. You lose cultural relevance. You lose your audience. You lose the thread.
Naughty Dog has HBO.
Part II sold 10 million copies by 2022. The HBO show pushed the franchise past $1 billion in total revenue by 2023. Season 2 alone drove an estimated 2 million additional unit sales of the Part II Remaster in a single window. Every season of the show functions as a zero-cost user acquisition campaign for a game that doesn't exist yet.
By the time TLOU3 ships, the HBO adaptation will have run four or five seasons. The teenagers who watched Season 1 in 2023 will be adults with disposable income and PS6 consoles. The install base of fans on launch day for Part III will be larger than the install base on launch day for Part II. Possibly by multiples.
Sony figured out something that no other publisher has: you can delay your biggest franchise for over a decade if you have a prestige TV show keeping the IP warm in between. Every other studio ships sequels to maintain relevance. Sony ships seasons.
The 13-year wait for TLOU3 looks like neglect. It's the most capital-efficient franchise strategy in gaming.
