@SouthwestAir The miscommunication ruined the last day we had to see our friends in SLC. Normally I think you guys are the best but today was an epic letdown with poor communication and rude customer service individuals. There was no heart in the interaction with us. 2/2

@SouthwestAir really dropped the ball on customer service today. Told us our flight was cancelled when it wasn't and then when we rebooked and that new flight was cancelled they said it was still going. In the end we had to cancel all of our scheduled plans for no reason. 1/2
