“I want to die.”

Sometimes they sound like:
• “I can’t keep doing this.”
• “I don’t want to wake up tomorrow.”
• “I’m tired of being strong.”
• “I feel trapped in my own life.”
• “I don’t belong here.”
• “Everything feels too heavy.”

These aren’t attention seeking thoughts.
They’re pain and it’s unbearable.
