@AlaskaAir Not just me. It’s the disabled elderly couple trying to stay comfortable, the guy trying to get to his sisters funeral, the kid with a dog which was in a crate for 10 hours. Sure, stuff happens, but information on why the delays are occurring is inconsistent and creating distrust

@AlaskaAir So @AlaskaAir at the airport we just received notice we have a two hour delay for our rebooked flight AS 840. 26 hours delayed now. This has been one problem after another where the excuses have ranged from mechanical, birds and wind to inter-personal conflicts between the crew
