🚨 Algerian, Abdelhafid Bensaada (50) up in court (again!) for theft (this week's Meath Chronicle below)
Bensaada is the Algerian mistakenly named online as the Parnell Square attacker. He has taken a defamation case to the High Court against @griptmedia
He was given 3 months in jail in February this year for theft and threatening & abusing a Lidl staff member 👇🏻

A jury has heard that Riad Bouchaker, who is accused of attempting to murder three children outside their school, was “upset” over a social welfare refusal when he allegedly left a child with “bone fragments” in her hair after a knife attack.

Victim allegedly has special needs and is hard of hearing (will be blind now too) He helped his attackers (plural) move in just a few days previously. You won't be told the truth on this. If you need confirmation on that assertion start with looking at the reporting. "St****d in n**k several times." That's what they called an attempted be ****ing.
They told this same lie with AshIing Murphy (said she strangled, but the aid she was "st****d 11 times in the n**k. In court it was revealed she was "almost de*****ated).
Two weeks ago the Persian lady was reported to have been st****d in the n**k several times. Yet it has been asserted to me by a very reliable source that she was de*****ated by her attacker.
I would love people to understand how sinister it is to lie about these facts.
I am pretty certain this is @PhilipDwyer_MOI
reporting. Give him a follow.
The Post below and all others from Lawyers for Justice are 100% correct. It is of great concern and indeed disturbing to observe a number of people who have now jumped on the bandwagon to further mislead and gaslight the Irish People into believing that there is still a chance some new Dail vote will remove the effect of the EU Asylum and Migration Pact. It is too late.Where were these people 2 years ago, when I, Lawyers for Justice and others campaigned VIGOROUSLY to get the Dail to vote against the Protocol 21 opt-in, when there was still TIME before the vote on June 26th 2024.We even endeavoured to have the matter dealt with in the High Court. The only remedy now ( with this current administration) is to seek an exemption from relocation quotas under Article 62 of Regulation (EU) 2024/351 (AMMR) before July 1st on the grounds of significant migratory pressure.Poland has already done thid and was granted an exemption. The reason our Government aka Administration have not done so is very clear as they do not serve the interests of the Irish people, as I have stated publicly many many https://t.co/Xpd3zrXM10 for those out there who genuinely want to help please lobby/campaign for the Irish Government to apply for an Article 62 exemption as stated above. We acknowledge the situation is dire, but campaigning for the wrong remedy is nothing more than a convenient distraction and serves only those who seek the destruction of our beloved country. There are many more benecial campaigns which can be undertaken to restore our Country and our Sovereignty ( e.g.The proposed removal of our Triple Lock ) even if we have suffered a major set back with the Migration https://t.co/QBdSSC4dYR false hope should not be one of them.
Time to hold those who are facilitating this, profiting from this and lying and gaslighting the public about this to account. Sinn Fein, SDLP, People before profit and Alliance openly back this. Our politicians have met the with the home office last October to discuss the financing of the predicted influx into NI, landlords are profiteering from it, taxis have been seen bringing them across the border in the dead of night…..30 pieces of silver goes a long way. The media are reporting it as a stabbing….. we have all seen the video, it was an attempted BEHEADING!!! …..ENOUGH!! Where is the concern for our own people?? #localsfirst
A Sikh stabbed a young Englishman to death, and the whole British media and political regime apparatus is mobilizing to damn patriots and defend Sikhs, portraying the invaders as the victims
Reminder that the one of the biggest “Grooming Gang” rings was run by a Sikh as well. (That was Huddersfield, for those interested)
The trial of Riad Bouchaker, the Algerian man who is accused of attempting to murder three small children outside a school on Parnell Square, Dublin, almost three years ago, is due to start this morning at the Central Criminal Court.

@MIGA_FOR_EVER@Zero_9873 In the eyes of the law Big Craig is a woman like any other, his birth cert having been altered to record his sex as female under the GRA 2015 & with his protected characteristic of gender he can use all female spaces & speak for women regardless of what your lying eyes may see.
@Jklunden "Free kiddies books!" sounds great until you read the small print and it's some trash by that creep Juno Dawson costing us 68 million a year.
Children's Books of Ireland recently asked the State for €68m to get diverse books into schools. They should be defunded pending a full investigation. A full investigation must also include libraries and schools.
Rte removed a link - but that does not remove inappropriate content from children's minds and eyes.

FEMALE GUARD NEEDS PUBLIC BACKUP
The same man who threatened to kill "all women and children" last week on a bus in Dublin is now acting unstable again on our city streets. As pointed out by a keen obsserver he has something in his hand. Looks sharp. What is it? Also, tell me what this Garda will do if he decides to go full loco when on her own? She will do nothing. Luckily she has backup here. You can hear people say "help her, help her." Says it all. Three non cops step up.
This man here is a ticking time bomb. He is NOT going to become citizen of the year is he? He requires serious mental help. Not only will he not obtain that in Ireland (Irish people have learnt over the years theres no help to be had) but when he does do something, it will be a case of ah sure he has mental issues. As though this is an excuse. Why are we taking on other countries mentally disturbed people? When the mass st***ing incident involving 5 year olds took place, we were told the culprits just had some mental problems. Since when has anyone Irish with mental health issues ever st***ed three 5 year olds who were not previously known to them? Premeditatedly too? (he waited outside). That individual was caught with a 13 inch k**** teo months before that incident. Not long from where the man in the clip below was standing (this looks like Dublin's North Inner City, Dorset Street or Parnell Street.
A word on the Garda. Female Gardaí not have the general capability to subdue an aggressive man (and being in high state or being rageful and full of adrenaline can increase strength). Unless she is Katie Taylor. Anyone show says she has the same capability as a male is lying. She is taking him on, fair play, but she is perhaps in danger doing so. The issue with small female Gardaí also is that a male colleague will have to defend and protect her in a situation that us dangerous. I am sorry, but these are the facts. Women have some strengths over men. But not physicality.
I myself am not willing to take aggressive nonsense and will stand up to it when necessary. But I'm also aware I am taking a risk by doing so.
Thank Heaven that these Ukrainian 'asylum seekers/refugees/migrants'/vagrants' are "feeling safe" here in their taxpayer-funded luxury hotel in Howth, Dublin.
If they get bored messing with musical instruments, I'm sure their NGO agency might get them a pet or a car engine...
Just over a year ago, I nearly became another statistic.
On 18 March 2025 in Waterford City, I was the victim of a serious knife assault.
Like many victims, I trusted that the criminal justice system would do its job. I believed that once someone was charged in connection with such serious violence, public safety would be the priority.
Today, another family is grieving the loss of a 21 year old man following a separate fatal stabbing incident that is now the subject of an active Garda investigation.
Out of respect for that investigation, I will not speculate on guilt, innocence, or outcomes. Those matters belong to the courts.
But I do believe there are questions that deserve answers.
How are individuals charged with serious violent offences monitored while on bail?
The individual charged in connection with the assault on me was arrested, charged, and subsequently released on bail with conditions that included not entering Waterford City, This was after months of him hiding in the UK and bragging about the attack on TikTok saying if he gets jail he gets jail so what.
THIS IS PUBLIC IMFORMATION AMD ARRESTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND COURT HAS BEEN ADJOURNED!
reports indicate these bail conditions were ALLEGEDLY breached on multiple occasions, including attendance at events in the city all posted on social media.
That same individual is now ALLEGEDLY main suspect in a separate murder investigation involving another stabbing, with investigations ongoing.
This raises serious questions about bail decisions and monitoring of individuals charged with violent knife crime, especially when multiple victims were stabbed in one night in the same city.
What happens when bail conditions are allegedly breached?
Are victims and the wider public being adequately protected from repeat violence?
These are not political questions.
They are public safety questions.
I know what it is like to be on the receiving end of serious violence. I know how quickly lives can be changed forever.
My thoughts today are with the family of the young man who lost his life, and with every victim of violent crime who has been left wondering whether more could have been done.
Ireland deserves a justice system that protects innocent people, supports victims, and takes violent offending seriously.
Public safety must remain the priority.
“But Sikh’s HAVE to carry a kirpan, it’s not negotiable…”
Go home then.
“But Muslim women have to cover their faces, it’s not negotiable…”
GO HOME THEN.
“But we have to slaughter animals in this cruel barbaric way, if we can’t…”
GO. HOME. THEN.
DO IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
