If you earn less than £11,400, you can get pension credit (up to £4,400), and other benefits, including WFA. So more than state pension.

You're implication is that £11 million don't need WFA.
Under £11,400 you're eligible for pension credit and therefore WFA.
State pension is £11,502
Hardly a huge chasm, there's plenty of the 11 million who should get WFA

Many of those have only the state pension of less than £12k per year, which is too high for the WFA.
Yes there are some wealthy pensioners (in the South East), but they aren't the majority.
Would like to see you live on £12k pa

Perhaps try visiting towns or cities in less affluent parts of the country, and engage your brain before you open your mouth.

The WFA removal is a mere £1.5 billion.
My state pension means I can't claim pension credit, but hey, you believe I'll be warm 🤡
