Uber Freight, with $18 billion in managed freight, is accelerating the large-scale deployment of AI-driven autonomous trucks.

In a recently announced partnership with Waabi, the two companies are planning to offer a ‘driver-as-a-service’ solution, where Waabi’s advanced autonomous technology, the Waabi Driver, will be integrated with Uber Freight's logistics platform.

This will allow carriers to efficiently deploy the Waabi Driver, aiming to resolve capacity issues for shippers and enhance the overall value within the supply chain.
