@TheLegacyOfLeo Definitely in society. I felt very rejected from the “mom club” after Abigail was born and even now I don’t feel like I fit anywhere #babylosshour
@TheLegacyOfLeo@ShoeboxofM I am Canadian but lived in Abu Dhabi when Abigail died and she was born there. There are a lot of things I wish I had known then that I know now. I often wonder how different things would have been if we had left and I had given birth in a Western country. #babylosshour
@LifeWithoutLuna @gabriellegracek@PuffinsMummy@TheLegacyOfLeo I used to knit a lot, then I stopped. I knit Abigail a blanket for the hospital then stopped again. I've taken it up again as a way to keep my hands moving, stop snacking, feel a little more productive #BabyLossHour
I am sadly only going to be able to check in periodically tonight as I have to cook supper but will hopefully have a chance to catch up later #babylosshour
@TheLegacyOfLeo@CorrinaGB This something else I try to tell myself when everything seems too heavy. There are so many things I know now that I did not at the time. I had so much fear about what was going to happen to her body as we were in a foreign country, it really traumatized me #babylosshour
@TheLegacyOfLeo@CorrinaGB I have this guilt as well, for not celebrating enough or taking photos. I really thought we had all the time in the world. I also feel guilty for things I did or didn't do in hospital after she was born #babylosshour
