update: Virginia troopers report as many as 700-800 autos at car meet on the Horner Lot. Buses had trouble accessing lot, VSP tried to disperse race fans. They surrounded trooper, crashed into patrol car, pulled antennas from VSP cars. Incident is stable, but VSP holding officers
