In return committed compensation is pending, breaching the resolution timeline.

@passportsevamea @MEAIndia passport for renewal was applied and status "Granted" at local POSPK and transferred to Amritsar RPO. Same is pending for 6 months now with Amritsar RPO. Even RTA disposed off to meet PRO but unable to get any appointment. Pl help
