Does anyone know how to get hold of someone at @eBayUK - item I sold didn't get to them and whilst I have confirmation from Hermes that they messed it up. I cant see how on earth I get refunded from Ebay Packlink. Officially fed up and wasting my time.

I wonder how long I have to wait on @easyJet to answer the phone and tell me why, before they refunded me, they charged me again for flights. Of course, there is no way of speaking to anyone, no online chat and have to wait without any confidence that my question will be answered
