@loveholidays I have asked for a manager to call me back and they have said we canโt guarantee it!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and genuinely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, check your dms and you will see what my issues areโฆ that you ignored last time round.
@loveholidays Well you obviously do because I spoke to someone and then another case was opened on my account, and then closed downโฆโฆagain, obviously got no control over what your staff members are doing. I need this sorting once and for all adding a passenger should not take 3 weeks.
