@loveholidays terrible customer service. Still awaiting refund for your mistake from 2/3 weeks ago now. Do NOT book with Love Holidays. Making me pay for luggage when it’s their mistake. And make me wait up to 28 days for a refund from them!

@loveholidays The prices are fake and then you book and it glitches. Was quoted a new hotel for only a £42 pound upgrade and then booked and it said amendment failed and it’s booked it twice as well. What the hell is this company ? #loveholidays
@loveholidays I logged in and they have now cancelled but it says the original one is pending and the monthly price has gone up. It should be the same if the amendment was an error and failed surely ?

My daughter went to the Algarve for her 21st birthday, booked with @loveholidays stayed in a what was advertised as a 3 star apartment. More like 1 star. No window covering, lock broken on the door and filthy bedding. She complained, nothing was resolved so she moved hotels.

@Stewart_Martin1@loveholidays I’m also disappointed in their service level - they’ve closed my complaint twice now without resolution.
Reading many posts on here of a similar nature. Do the right thing @loveholidays
