@EE We explained that it is a data sim in a customer’s router so could we authenticate via email as we had done with the original agent, only to be told no! They then asked us to authenticate via s link which turned out to be an internal IP address which was not helpful!

@EE Yes the initial team we spoke to were able to authenticate us on our account, they said they would pass us thru to the relevant team and that we wouldn't need to authenicate again as we had passed security, only to be told the exact opposite when passed thru!
