Why do you think we entered the war? My “impossible objective” is literally the White House stated reason for us attacking Iran. To ensure they don’t enrich uranium to prevent them from reaching a nuclear bomb. If we cannot complete our stated objective for entering the war, by definition we have lost. Would you admit we lost if we cease hostilities without completing our objective and stopping them from enriching?

If they have 10x the drones that are 10x less expensive we are at a 100x disadvantage when it comes to attrition. Which would mean we are perfectly deadlocked if our economy being 100x larger translates directly to warmaking.

Iran does not have to destroy America to win this war. They simply have to survive our attacks and not concede enrichment. Which it looks like they are doing. Not humiliating at all actually.

“Projecting to know things that are unknowable.” The future is not so esoteric that making predictions based on current events is bad practice.

I am not anti war in principle, I loved that we made Venezuela our bitch and we should’ve forcefully annexed Greenland for national security against Russia. I’m just against pointless wars that don’t benefit us.

If my predictions aren’t true I promise i will respond to you and say you were right. I want to understand geopolitics so if im wrong i would love to improve my views.

Thinking we are winning against Iran is pure delusion. There is no way we stop them from enriching uranium without boots on the ground and tens of thousands dead. They’ve seen all their neighbors give up enrichment and be destroyed. Gaddafi gave up enrichment and was sodomized to death in the streets. They will not allow that to happen to them.

We are running out of interceptors and Iran is not running out of missiles and drones. Our interceptors cost 10x more than their munitions and they also have 10x more drones than we do interceptors. If you can’t understand see the economic problem with that you are beyond help.

Yea bro Iran has been so humiliated that they’ve begged for peace and given us all the concessions we’ve asked for. We are actually winning so hard that we had to remove sanctions on Russian oil. This war has strengthened Iran’s relative power and diminished ours.

“Not a single shell has hit America.” Dude that’s the whole point they don’t have the capability to reach us. They pose no threat. Completely pointless war that benefits the United States in no way. So unpopular that we will lose the midterms and probably 28 for this. So stupid.

Our reputation is what keeps China out of Taiwan and the entire world buying our military equipment and wanting our patronage and protection. This conflict has shown the Middle East and the entire world that, when push comes to shove, we can’t really defend our allies. Iran has shown that it doesn’t matter how advanced our weapons and interceptors are if our enemy has 10x the amount of dirt-cheap missiles and drones.

If you can’t understand the importance of deterrence and power through reputation you have no business pretending to talk geopolitics. The fact is we are losing this war against Iran and we were totally unprepared for their response to our aggression.
