@bookingcom breaching contract law! The hotel cancels on us within less than 48 hours of our stay. All
other hotels are now double the price, as we were booked to see @springsteen playing at Villa Park. Booking won't sort us out an alternative hotel. Definite contract breach!

@SlamDunkMusic very disappointed in the organisation of yesterday's festival. My pregnant wife thought she would try to queue for the accessibility toilet but the stewards wouldn't let her use them and was turned away. I think that's unacceptable!!
