@OfficialRandL @TicketmasterUK looks like both companies are burying tweets and have stopped replying/deleted a lot of stuff. Recommend everyone contacts their bank and raises a card dispute as the goods delivered no longer match the description of purchase.

@TicketmasterCS how can i speak to an advisor on your webchat. If I say 'yes' to having an order, it tells me to login and ask for help on the order itself, which I do, then get the same answers and still don't get connected. If I say no, it says it cant help me
