@Vitality_UK both my wife and myself have a joint policy. We both achieved 160 points last month. First Stanley game of the month and neither of us find a Stanley. Why have you moved this to a game of chance rather than motivational rewards?
@Vitality_UK@dodd2311 We previously got one drink per week. Stop with your crap responses and get your MD to issue a proper response not some crap email in a Saturday
@tomjordanuk@Vitality_UK Totally agree, I’ve been with @Vitality_UK for nearly ten years. The system has gone through many updates and reward changes but always kept motivational to achieve 160 points a month. Now it’s 12 points a week to have a game of chance
@Vitality_UK What a load of rubbish, you basically control who can get more than four Stanley’s a month. Hopefully you are being monitored by the gambling commission @GamRegGB
@Vitality_UK@Dirtynes@Vitality_UK not sure a what’s app chat which takes ages to speak to anyone is going to help. You’ve basically removed the motivational element and moved to gambling
@Vitality_UK can you let me know how the new spotting Stanley game is motivational to keep active? I regularly collect 40 points and now have to play a game of luck to get some of the benefits
@Vitality_UK are you owned by the same company as the National Lottery? I think I’ve got more chance of three numbers on Saturdays draw than finding any Stanley’s
@Vitality_UK But it’s now a game of chance, what an awful change you’ve made. No motivation to get to 40 points per week anymore. 160 points most months and not one Stanley last week.
@gigaclear disappointed you’ve cancelled my order today for a property I’ve recently moved in to. I’m now stuck with @bt_uk copper line and shocking speeds. You’ve even sent mail to my new property highlight the speeds and products
