Hey @BeeNetwork my mum forgot her phone on the 197 about an hour ago. Called customer service who said they can no longer contact drivers, the only thing we can do is fill out the lost item form. Really disappointing as we can track the phone and see its still on the bus

Hey @British_Airways, I paid to hold a booking but whenever I try and access it again the page just endlessly stays on "loading your flights" any advice on how to resolve this as the hold expires this evening.
@YodelOnline absolutely disgraceful service lately. Parcel marked as refused despite me being in and no delivery ever being attempted, then when I try and resolve this on live chat, your agents disconnect.
