Some people think that as a boss I have to sit in a corner office and bark orders.
Reality check: leadership is 90 % listening and 10 % decisive action. The Maple team has helped facilitate many property purchases because everyone—from grads to execs—can challenge my ideas if it benefits our clients.
Clarity beats control. When goals are transparent, ego exits the room and results walk in.
Leaders: what’s one ritual you use to keep your team’s voices louder than your own?

Running a team doesn’t just mean giving direction — it means creating clarity.
Some days are packed with meetings, client calls, content reviews, and strategy pivots. It’s easy for things to feel chaotic. But what I’ve learned is this:
Clear direction creates calm execution.
When your team knows the “why” and not just the “what,” they move with confidence. They own the outcome. And in the process, we build a culture that’s more than task-oriented — it becomes purpose-driven.
Whether I’m reviewing property deals or helping someone take their first investment step, I’ve found that clarity isn't just a leadership tool — it’s a gift you give your team.
Let’s keep building, with purpose and direction.

I always hated when companies would a) bash competitors and b) bash different property types. I saw this a lot coming up in my career and it was always something that gave me the ICK!
For myself personally I own multiple asset classes in multiple states including Commerical, Residential (Established) Houses, Residential (New), Off-plan Commerical, Established Industrial, Office space established in buildings over 25 years old and residential apartments, pure land I'm sure I could go on if I really thought it through.
Moral of the story - no one size fits all approach its all about your goals what you want to achieve and what suits you!
Want to know why it's ethical to be an investor?
Supply and Demand!
1. Politicians let people in our country over 500,000 in fact in just one year. Does this make Aus a better place? I won't comment on this at the moment.
2. These people need places to live - this creates a shortfall of affordable and available housing
3. Investors who build houses create more supply in the market therefor allow for more balanced supply and demand equations.
4. Blame the politicians not the investors. Most are in fact mum and Dad investors... Did you know that 90.3% of investors own 1-2 investments, the remaining 10% own 3 or above. Investors are not rich!
I wonder what will happen after they keep abusing investors... Oh wait no I don't they leave. My business is Dubai will soon outpace my Australian business and its a shame.

The journey is more important than the destination getting rich young without the proper experience is basically pointless.
Without learning the skills and enduring pain you are still a low level person, getting rich without the proper struggle = low character development.
@mastbefit Yeah absolutely, in this particular post I was referring to financial success.
However if you’re asking a number of wealth or net worth I would put it above 20 million would begin to scratch the surface. However 100 million net worth is undisputed.
