@Etsy@Etsy please update us on this. It’s been 2 weeks that Etsy has deactivated our best seller listing. We have beeen making it for over 8 years. We are losing sales every day!

An item that we have been Hand making for over 10 years was taken down from our store.
This is entirely made by us and has been for over 10 years. Beaucoup de Beads is the original 14k Gold filled beaded bracelet on Etsy.
Why would Etsy not investigate before making such decision! Do you need to see our supplier invoices for our beads? Do you need to see the clothes that we use to take our pictures (see attached)
This listing (B014) is one our best sellers. The financial impact on our business is enormous.
After many attempts to reach out to Etsy for help, we were told that the listing would not be activated unless the person or company that made a complain would withdraw the complaint.
We were also informed that the contact information of the company or person that initiated the complaint was on the original message from Etsy to us.
It is not.
After doing some of our own research we found our listing on EBay! They are using all of our pictures.
I have attached clothes used for these pictures that proof that is ours.
Please activate our listing.

Beaucoup de Beads
This has happened to us 3 times this year with another item. It was put back and 2 months later Etsy took it out again, then put it back again and with no explanation. Same time twice and also one they were been making doe years.
Now this one I am told it can’t be activated unless the person or company making the complaint asks Etsy. How is this even possible. Why would Etsy assume I am wrong and they are correct?
Wouldn’t you check first. This is very frustrating for a seller.
