#why i didn't report it I was 15 and my father just died. A teacher offered to take me to his home to "help me study." My mom was so grateful and couldn't understand why I didn't want to go back to his place again. I was afraid if she knew what happened, it would kill her.

@NonhlaMagaqa @phumzileunwomen You brought tears to my eyes. My mom was very old school. She had the highest respect for teachers, police, etc. I knew even at 15 that no good could possibly come from telling her. Your daughter is very lucky to have you. :-)
