@jellycatlondon Ain’t far wrong with that que. Sadly found the booking system not easy to navigate when book no guidance on the the slots get released on weekly basis just shows can’t book. I assumed you turned up sadly queue was 2hrs long we did get through and was a fantastic experience 😁
@HMRCcustomers I need to speak to someone without waiting for 2 hours and then being cut off to then be on the phone again for another hour. Is it possible for someone to call me please this is really really frustrating

Promised at the first meeting they had schedule of works and twice now customer service say they don’t have this information, which doesn’t make sense.
