2wks ago: New hire has "car trouble" on first day — completely ghosts... AFTER completing background check, online training, payroll, etc. Huge setback.
Today: 3 awesome candidates interview back-to-back. 3 offers, 3 new hires in 3 hrs.

I love running a cleaning business and I pour my heart (and body) into it everyday. Constantly thinking about ways to improve, our clients, our employees, communication, products, you name it. Today however, it hit me that I am a bit overwhelmed and could use a vacation. Halp.
When leaders commit to confronting their flaws while also striving to improve, their teams are motivated to do the same.

Our cleaning co is officially dug out of the new client waiting list we've been carrying around for the past 3 months. We've hired 6 more cleaners and moved into our first office space. Next goal: 100 recurring clients by EOY. 📈
