I remember when I was 13 my mother was diagnosed with MS and it was bad.

I remember going to bed and as I passed her bedroom door, I would hear her crying in pain.

Honestly, it broke my heart to hear and see. I felt helpless. There was nothing I could do.

17 years later, 12 years after she was told she would be in a wheelchair, she does the fastest ever marathon with me today.

It was National MS Day yesterday. This is to commemorate that.
