@AvantiWestCoast I wasn’t aware there was a 28 day cap on delay repay & im a few days out - we had a nightmare trip to Glasgow on 25 Oct and I’ve been told there is no way I can claim or an appeals process. How can this be the case. We received a dreadful service & cant claim?
