@TeamKnowhowUK 4. I have been left out of pocket and this whole experience has been mishap after mishap and it’s simply unbelievable that this is happening after my laptop was lost the first time I sent it in for repair.

@TeamKnowhowUK 3. Today when I called I was told that actually yes it had been found and should have delivered today but for whatever reason it had been cancelled and they couldn’t tell me why. I have now just been left with “it’s under investigation”. This is not good enough.

@TeamKnowhowUK 2. Next I am told that I would have to wait until the 8th for it to be delivered. I go to collect & I am advised that the laptop wasn’t delivered for some reason - they didn’t know why but the courier company was aware I was waiting and they would contact me direct

@TeamKnowhowUK 1. First of all the part was out of stock and I was told I would have to wait until the 5th for an update on delivery. When I called on the 5th I was told that it had actually been repaired on the 1st and they were waiting for ME to contact them and arrange return.

@Tesco 10d ago u cancelled my order without notice & made we wait 4 a delivery that wasn’t coming. U then made me pay for a 2nd delivery & told me that I would have to wait 3-5 days for the refund for the 1st order. 10 days later and no refund and £150 out of pocket! #shitservice
