@beccalelli Total discrimination. 23 years as MC with no chance of a promotion. Therefore not even considered for lead crew.
WC or FTC with fewer years experience make it across. Not knocking any individual, it's the system. All so wrong.

Thanks, not me but a friend. I’m a mere junior with 23 yrs experience, 22 of this in first class, used to running any cabin, worked up as lead crew but never been senior enough to apply. It’s a joke and discrimination against legacy crew #BAbetrayal #ageism #discrimination
