Note that sections 9 and 10 deal with:

- Writ of Habeas Corpus
- Congresses ability to control tariffs.

BREAKING: MAGA Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem brutally faceplants during a Congressional hearing when asked if she has the "authority" to deport American citizens — and gets torn to shreds by a Democratic Congresswoman.

They really need to keep "Fascist Barbie" away from the cameras at this point...

"This administration is not just ignoring the Constitutional power of the people's elected representatives, it is also violating the fundamental right of individuals," said Congresswoman Lauren Underwood.

"Do you believe that the Constitution grants everyone in our country the right to due process including noncitizens?" she asked Noem.

"The administration has the authority—"

"Ma'am, I'm looking for a yes or no answer," interjected Underwood. "Yes or no. Do you believe the Constitution—" Underwood then reclaimed her time as Noem tried to ramble and dissemble.

"Secretary Noem, I'm just looking for a yes or no here. Do you believe the Constitution guarantees due process to everyone in America?" asked Underwood.

"Due process is exactly what this Congress—" Noem began to ramble again.

"Yes or no?" asked Underwood. "Okay ma'am, I'll take that as a no. Excuse me. Ma'am, I'm trying to ascertain your understanding of the law as it applies to your department and you as its leader should be able to give us a yes or no answer. Because judge after judge has ruled that the law's not being followed."

"Do you believe the U.S. Government has the authority to deport American citizens?" asked Underwood.

"No and we are not deporting US citizens," claimed Noem.

"Okay great. I'm so happy to hear that you do not believe that the law gives you that authority because the federal government has no authority under U.S. laws to deport any American citizen and as I know everyone viewing this hearing knows, that several American citizens have been deported to date," said Underwood.

"That is not true," insisted Noem.

"Secretary Noem, that was not a question," Underwood shot back. "Secretary Noem, that oath that we both swore before taking office was to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, not the president, not a political party, the Constitution and that's what we're going to keep doing here at the Appropriations Committee."

The truth is that Americans are getting swept up in Trump's mass deportation crackdown. NBC News reported recently that American children — including a 4-year old with cancer — were deported to Honduras.

"It’s not a matter of if U.S. citizens are getting caught up in President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown and mass-deportation efforts but, rather, how and how many," writes Chas Danner in New York Magazine.

The horror stories are multiplying by the day and as usual, the Trump administration is lying to us. Congress needs to launch a full investigation into this authoritarian deportation campaign and Noem herself should be personally investigated.

BREAKING: Donald Trump finally breaks his silence on his authoritarian decision to ban the renowned Associated Press from White House events — and ends up sounding like a complete fool.

This is embarrassing on so many levels...

"What would it take for you to reconsider the restrictions on the Associated Press and secondly some of your advisors are concerned with The Associated Press's style guide using language and giving guidance to not use words like 'illegal immigrant' or to use phrases like 'gender-affirming care' and they're concerned about that being an encroaching amount of liberalism in the way in which the press write about things, do you share those concerns?" asked a reporter during a press conference at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump recently banned the AP over their refusal to use his idiotic new "Gulf of America" label for the Gulf of Mexico.

"Well, I do think that some of the phrases that they want to use are ridiculous and I think frankly they've become obsolete, especially in the last three weeks because many things have happened in the last three weeks..." rambled Trump.

"And, uh, I didn't know about that but I would say that if they want to use certain phrases like that — and I guess some are okay but many aren't — but the Associated Press just refuses to go with what the law is and what is taking place," he continued. "It's called the 'Gulf of America' now. It's not called the Gulf of America any longer."

"I have the right to do it just like we have the right to do Mount McKinley and nobody's even challenging that but only, essentially it's primarily the Associated Press, and I don't know what they're doing but I just say that we're going to keep them out until such time as they agree that it's 'The Gulf of America,'" said Trump.

"We're very proud of this country and we want it to be 'The Gulf of America.' Now, the Associated Press as you know has been very, very wrong the election, on Trump, and the treatment of Trump, and other things having to do with Trump and Republicans and conservatives and they're doing us no favors and I guess I'm doing them no favors. Thank you for the question," added Trump.

As incoherent as Trump's response was, the underlying objective here is clear. He wants to intimidate the free press into echoing his warped view of reality. This is schoolyard bullying, nothing more.

More importantly, this focus on renaming things is a desperate attempt to distract from his already-failed administration. While he's ranting about the 'Gulf of America' egg prices are hitting record highs and planes are falling out of the sky.

BREAKING: MAGA billionaire Elon Musk exploits his newfound power in horrifying fashion as his DOGE organization fires FDA employees who were reviewing his controversial "Neuralink" company.

This is the company that allegedly killed test monkey with gruesome brain experiments...

According to Reuters, Food and Drug Administration employee who were looking into the company were conveniently terminated in a broader purge of federal employees.

Neuralink is a device implanted in the brain that is supposed to allow people to control other devices through their thought which could theoretically help disabled individuals. The risks in involved in such a procedure are profound.

Roughly twenty people at the FDA's office of neurological and physical medicine devices — some of whom were reviewing Neuralink and its clinical-trial applications — were fired. They were also tasked with reviewing other companies currently developing brain-computer interface devices.

"It’s intimidating to the FDA professionals who are overseeing Neuralink’s trial,” said Victor Krauthamer, a former FDA official who served as acting director of the office that oversees human-trial requests for such brain devices.

"We should be worried about the whole trial, and the protection of the people in the trial," he added.

This is, of course, exactly why DOGE was designed in the first place. Oligarchs like Musk want to completely gut our federal government and strip away all of the regulations that protect the American people from their toxic greed. They aim to rule over us like feudal lords, insulated from the consequences of their actions.
