Today I came home to a wonderful surprise! After a few shipping delays, I finally got my big box of "The Clarity Journal" copies.
After two weeks of being out, it finally feels real!

@HellbenderSTL@MoDOT As someone who moved here from Seattle, I totally agree. The paint they use here is barely visible when it rains. There's such a noticeable difference.
@Stosteimuenchen I bought With Chutzpah and Kippah on Kindle, and it isn't uploaded correctly. If you look on the book's page, it's listed as only 2 pages, and only has those 2 pages are on kindle. I bought it a couple weeks ago and noticed after the return window. Can you help?
"Will you migrate to Post, Mastodon, or somewhere else?" seems to me the wrong question. For me, the highest value of Twitter is hearing directly from people engaged in freedom struggle against Russia, in Iran, in Chinese-speaking lands. Where do THEY go? How will I follow THEM?
@BStingSTL We're the lucky ones, we live in a good school district and have the resources for books and tutors as needed. Keep fighting for the kids who have none of these resources and are now losing even more.
@BStingSTL I live in the Parkway School District and my middle schooler talks about how his teachers feel like they are behind from Covid. It's one of the best districts in the state. The kids in these 4-day districts were already getting left behind and it's going to get so much worse.
Liz Cheney’s Great Task PAC announces $500k ad buy calling for Arizonans to reject Lake and Finchem: “if you care about the survival of our Republic, we cannot give people power who will not honor elections. We must have elected officials who honor that responsibility."
@djrothkopf@TheDemocrats I've been thinking about this a lot lately. There used to be social mores making it impolite to talk about religion or politics. Obviously, social mores have flown out the window, but Dems are still following a lot of them. It's allowing the Republicans to fill the vacuum.
I see so many small entrepreneurs and creative types beat themselves up for not being further along, but the reality is that they are often comparing themselves to people who have significantly more resources and who did not have to struggle with start-up capital in the same way.
We can't have conversations around fairness, work ethic, and the American Dream without recognizing that so much of the American story ignores the underlying fact that it's vastly easier to become wealthy if you're from a wealthy family.
