@VeryHelpers hi I have received an order that was supposed to contain two duvet sets and states this on return. It’s but only one was in package. I’ve tried ringing but line says it’s only available for automated payments only? How am I supposed to let you know item is missing!

@thismorning No it is not. There is no reason for it (obviously special circumstances I understand) but in every day regular circumstances absolutely not. My children had to be toilet trained for nursery or weren’t allowed to attend
