@virginmedia install date virgin package of 21st May - been waiting patiently us to give us fibre broadband +ultimate TV package - so far got nothing! No internet & continue to run entire work and family lives from a 4G dongle-HELP Or do I need to bite bullet and return to @SkyUK
@virginmedia We ring or use the chatbot every day, it's an absolute nightmare. Directly impacting our ability to work and our children's ability to connect to online learning during the strike action today
@virginmedia Thanks, we had a message saying someone had left us a voicemail at 720am yesterday morning but no one could tell us what the voicemail said... this is specifically important because a. We didn't receive a phone call and b. We don't have voicemail configured on our mobiles
@virginmedia complaint raised - i'll continue to wait for some form of resolution but wont hold my breath - going to be an expensive compensation claim given ive been waiting 44 days already @ >£5 p/day
@virginmedia Not that we've heard, we get told data after date for the work being done. Lack of communication is the worst, how do you expect us to work
@virginmedia Yes we've been given 4 construction dates already, all have passed... no idea when we'll get it .. already at 44 days compensation and counting
