@OgeroTelecom @connect Again I am sorry to say it is not true, @connect_lb we have over 6G international capacity and we are down for 8 hours while many smaller ISPs are working since 6:00 pm @OgeroTelecom

[nassif bechara @becharanassif]

@OgeroTelecom @connect And where is the Ogero support? Since 7 hours no engineer from Ogero support is answering our calls @connect? @OgeroTelecom

[nassif bechara @becharanassif]

@OgeroTelecom @connect What Provider! We are an ISP and You are our provider!!!
ISPs much smaller than us are working and others bigger than us are working. We are down as ISP since more than 7 hours, where is the 80% of our capacity that you claim is not affected! @OgeroTelecom

[nassif bechara @becharanassif]

@OgeroTelecom Can you explain to us the criteria you used to keep some “lucky” ISPs working and others completely down? If only 20% of the capacity is down where is the remaining 80% being used? @ogerotelecom @ikreidieh
