In reality, house prices will only reduce if we build the RIGHT houses, in the RIGHT places and price brackets, AND limit who can buy them (ie. no investment purchases, no Airbnb/holiday homes purchases etc.).

We will only get clean air if we stop building roads and focus on sustainable passenger and freight transport and if we stop building on our green spaces and focus on brownfield regeneration!
