PEC employees are working to restore power, and crews from across the state and country are joining our restoration efforts. We are seeing a high volume of isolated outages, as well as downed lines and poles, making it difficult to estimate restoration times.
Since midnight, we've responded to 90+ accidents, including 3 w/our own units! There were also 2 fires this a.m., both caused by space heaters. Please, STAY HOME AND OFF THE ROADS, give space heaters plenty of space, never use your oven to stay warm, and keep generators outside.

This map shows how the water system is currently performing. Each zone is an area experiencing outages (red) or low pressure (orange). The goal is for each zone to get to green again, where the system is operating normally & the boil water notice can be lifted.

@gimli_the_kitty I find that knitting them at the same time is best for patterns that aren't easy to match (think self-striping yarn, certain textures). But after knitting dozens of socks a year for many years, I still prefer to do them separately.
