It's almost a year since I was admitted to the hospital and almost died in surgery. While I lay in the SICU for a month. I lost 25 pounds of body weight. Now I'm 8 weeks post colostomy reversal surgery and still working on getting back in shape. #rebuilding

@Once_upon_a_run @KTTape Nothing. When she want's to do it I let her. I just don't like the feel of it on my skin. She always wants me to keep it on a couple days. I'm sure it takes the stress of my back when she does it. It is just me being a baby.
