Congratulations to all volunteers presented with long
service certificates this evening by the Patron of Riding for the Disabled in
Guernsey, Lady Corder. Together the volunteers have given around 450 years of
service to this inspirational Guernsey charity. What an achievement!
@vascuIum It really is! I’ve actually felt a lot of progress already this pride month (in my realm of awareness of progress, which is mostly social media and prime time BBC One) and it’s definitely time to double down on acceptance and awareness 💜
HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our "Poems on the Move" winners! And a big thank you to judge, Daljit Nagra and to @GuernseyPost for sponsoring.

Beware the Ides of March.
Always sounded so much cooler before I realised Ides just meant 15th. Now it just sounds in my head like "Beware a week next Tuesday"

His passing has left an intellectual vacuum in his wake. But it's not empty. Think of it as a kind of vacuum energy permeating the fabric of spacetime that defies measure. Stephen Hawking, RIP 1942-2018.
@vascuIum This is so true, routine is life and also routine is sustenance, routine is what drives me to Cyber Italia every Monday lunchtime and I feel so weirdly adrift without it. I need a Guernsey branch of campus-only food outlets, honestly.
