I don't agree with the conclusions of this take, but do agree we should all watch FULL press conference. We are all so used to making judgement based on clips, but often miss valuable context and full story.

Our son and wrongly convicted nurse Ben Geens case was with the CCRC for eight years. After the CCRCs first rejection we proceeded with a Judicial review. They were proved to be incompetent and were forced to take his case review back with immediate effect.

After their inept and flawed investigation and supposedly years of work on Bens case I submitted a FOI request, I wanted to know how much time had been spent by the CCRC investigating Ben’s complex & detailed application-We were genuinely surprised at the response we received. I wonder if things are much different now?’

Sadly in Bens second case review the CCRC spent many years closing the doors to justice rather than opening them.
